When property needs start piling up, having a dependable local team to call can make all the difference. S. Rhodes Contracting Services provides practical property services for homeowners, landlords, business owners, and property management companies throughout Washington, IL, and surrounding communities. Whether you are preparing a property for its next occupant, clearing away unwanted items, keeping up with your yard, or getting ready for seasonal weather, our goal is to make the work easier to manage.

Founded by Sullivan Rhodes in 2021, S. Rhodes Contracting Services brings 10 years of industry experience to the work we do. As a locally owned and operated business, we believe that excellent service starts with treating people with respect. Our approach is simple: we maintain low-cost, effective solutions to your needs while treating you like family.

From a single property cleanup to ongoing property maintenance needs, we take the time to understand what you need and provide services based on the job. We proudly serve customers throughout Woodford County, Peoria County, and Tazewell County, including Washington and communities such as Peoria, Pekin, Morton, East Peoria, Eureka, Metamora, Roanoke, El Paso, and more.

Taking care of a property can become a long list of responsibilities. When several tasks need to be handled at once, it helps to have a local company that can assist with different types of property work.

S. Rhodes Contracting Services works with residential and commercial customers, providing services that can help make property upkeep more manageable. Our work can support homeowners dealing with seasonal cleanup, landlords preparing rental properties, property managers handling turnover, and businesses addressing maintenance needs.

The goal is not to make the process complicated. It is to provide a practical solution for the work that needs to be done.
